The WEXA (Wireless Exploitation Academy) conference is a professional event for law enforcement personnel. WEXA in-person conference registration fees include access to the pre-conference, meet-and-greet networking dinner, and all scheduled conference sessions. WEXA in person conference attendees may also register for, and participate in, the annual ZetX golf tournament.
The WEXA virtual conference will be limited to course attendance only.
Upon sign in, WEXA attendees must show proof of employment from their referenced law enforcement agency and government issued photo identification.
Seating and block hotel rooms at the Marriott for this year’s first conference is limited. We encourage you to register early.
We invite you to begin the week with us at our first annual golf tournament to network with your law enforcement peers from around the country or join us for a hosted dinner and cocktail evening after the tournament.
ZetX understands that sometimes events outside your control may prevent you from attending the WEXA conference. To that end, ZetX will accommodate cancellations and refunds made in writing to wexa@zetx.com, subject to the following restrictions:
A 25% penalty will be assessed on all refunds issued for cancellation requests made between September 10, 2021 and September 29, 2021.
A 50% penalty will be assessed on all refunds issued for cancellation requests made between September 30, 2021 and October 5, 2021
No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made on or after October 6, 2021.
No refunds will be issued for individuals that fail to attend the conference without first making a cancellation request pursuant to the deadlines listed above.
No refunds will be issued for the WEXA golf tournament.
Refunds take a minimum of two weeks to be processed and issued.
WEXA golf tournament registrations may also be transferred to another person in your organization by written request, submitted to wexa@zetx.com, prior to October 22, 2021. ZetX reserves the right to refuse any registration transfer request.
Registration and attendance at WEXA events constitutes consent by the registrant to use and distribution of the registrant’s image or voice in any audio-visual media (including but not limited to photos, videos and audio recordings) without compensation or approval rights, both now and in the future. Any such photos, videos or audio recordings taken or made during the WEXA conference and golf tournament are the property of ZetX and will be used at ZetX’s discretion for various purposes including in the marketing of future WEXA conferences.
WEXA is a professional event for law enforcement personnel only.
